SHEPPARD TO HOLD PRESS CONFERENCE MEDIA ADVISORY 9 February 2000 CONTACT: Abe Bonowitz Sam Reese Sheppard to Hold Press Conference Sam Reese Sheppard will hold a press conference approximately ten minutes after court ends today on the 20th floor of The Justice Center in Cleveland. Also participating will be: Abraham J. Bonowitz, Spokesman and media liaison Charles Murray, Executor of the Sheppard Estate Margie Cellini, representing the Sheppard Family Melissa Reese Weigle, representing the Reese Family The Sheppard Legal Team Terry Gilbert Gordon Friedman George Carr George White, family friend and advisor MEMBERS OF THE MEDIA, PLEASE NOTE: Sam Reese Sheppard as well as his family and legal team are engaged in a civil trial and their focus must be on the conduct of that trial. We will not participate or engage in any attempt to try this case through the media. However, whenever possible the Sheppard legal team, as well as a family representative will be available each day approximately ten minutes after the end of the daily court session for appropriate comments.
